An offsite follow-up survey completed November 28, 2023 found that Quality Healthcare, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a federal recertification survey completed on September 22, 2023.
